Do I need a PayPal account to check out? No, PayPal has recently streamlined their system so you don't have to open an account to submit a payment and can use a regular credit card. There is a continue link that will bypass the account login page. Be sure to enter the correct billing address for your credit card, if there is any confusion PayPal has to go through the entire verification process just to be safe. Please contact us if you have problems or questions.
Can I send a case back if I don't like it? Sure - as long as it is not damaged. Return the case within 30 days and receive a full refund.
How and when will the case be shipped? The cases are shipped to the US via USPS Priority mail (2-3 days) or Air Mail for International orders (4-8 days) usually within a day of receiving the order.
What if something breaks? Depends - if it is a defect in materials or workmanship, send it back and we'll fix it (or refund the purchase price). If the case has been abused (i.e. chewed on, dropped, kicked, drop-kicked, etc.) we can't be held responsible.
Are these cases sold at any of the online dart suppliers? No, this is the only place you can get them although they are advertised on some affiliated sites.
How about availability? We try to keep several cases of each type on hand, if we're out of a particular type it will be indicated on the checkout page - we don't do back orders but would be happy to notify you once an item is back in stock.
Any advantages of one wood type over another? No, the only difference is in appearance. The three wood types give you a choice between light (cherry), medium (mahogany) and dark (walnut). The cases will darken slightly over time (especially the mahogany) like antique furniture.
What are dart stops? These are small pieces of dowel rod glued in to keep short darts from rattling back and forth in the case. We recommend using a two part 5 minute epoxy, super glue will also work but doesn't hold up as long - only glue them on one side or the case won't open.
What can I do to personalize my case? Emblems or engraved plates glued to the front (use epoxy), names written on the inside of the leather flap, pictures, stickers, you name it.
Laser engraving looks especially nice if you have a local engraving shop.
Does the case fall open if the flaps are unsnapped? No, there are magnets set into each side that hold the case closed.
My case got scratched! No worries, get some furniture wax (Minwax works well) and buff it out. This is also a good way to clean your case and keep it looking brand new.
